I finished reading Alpha Night and Last Guard (love those bears!). Now I decided to re-read Allegiance of Honor. Waiting somewhat patiently for Storm Echo.
Finished reading Lindsay Buroker's Death Before Dragons series. Very fun.
Also read a few more old Nora Roberts' (Mind Over Matter and Private Scandals).
Enjoyed Rebecca Zanetti's Unforgiven (Deep Ops #5). Ended up rereading the entire series (including the novellas) as audio books. On my favorite (Driven) now.
I received an early ARC of Dianna Roman's "You Again" (release Date 02.08.2022). This M/M love story was so good that I am happy to recommend it (Note: Bridget Jones meets My Big Fat Greed Family here. LOL).
When I get time to read lately, I"m loving the new anthology "World Breakers: Super Tanks to the Stars" edited by Tony Daniel and Christopher Ruocchio! Anyone who liked Keith Laumer's Bolo series should like this. That was the inspiration for this anthology!!! The first story in it is a cross between a Bolo story and Anne McCaffrey's Brain/Brawn series. The one I just finished (by Wen Spencer, who did one of my all time favourite series Ukiah Oregon, and who also did the Elfhome series - which I haven't read yet.) is absolutely hilarious! It's called Anvil, and is about a sentient tank with memory issues due to a computer virus. Let's just say his method of counting and naming things is... highly amusing. And then there's the rationale he uses for said names.
So crazy in love with Preston and Katherine 💝in The Bride Goes Rogue (The Fifth Avenue Rebels, #3) By Joanna Shupe. Hot ~ Steamy 🔥 But Absolutely Romantic 💘 Loved New York in August of 1895.
