It's book club time! What are you reading and loving at the moment?

My most recent reads have been Fair Game by Patricia Briggs, and a reread of Absolutely, Positively by Jayne Ann Krentz. Both were fantastic!

Okay, your turn. :)

I've read Discount Armageddon by Seanan McGuire.
It just doesn't get much better than a heroine that wears guns under her dancing costume, lives with religious, talking mice, and loves to run over and jump off roofs.

Been reading Yasmine Galenorn's Darkling. I am almost done with it and have the next in the series waiting for me. It's a good life. ;)

Alas, I am reading absolutely nothing at all. I excitedly bought 'the darkest seduction' by gena showalter from booksonboard a few days ago, but when I press download it just keeps saying 'error getting license', etc. In my ignorance I have been pressing many different buttons and following the instructions of my far cleverer friends and the support team at booksonboard. Yet... 3 days later and still no book! I REALLY REALLY WANT TO READ IT!!!!!!! Fans of the great Nalini, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

( I fall to the floor weeping piteously)

I'm getting ready for JR WARD' latest BDB Story :
Lover Reborn to come out on Tuesday, Match 27th!! SO excited!! Can't control myself. YAHOO!!!!

So I've been rereading a couple of the BDB Stories :)
Since my USER NAME is so OBVIOUS... :)
I'm rereading any scenes in any titles that Vishous walked into. And I'm so hoping ... wishing ... that
V would have MANY SPEAKING SCENES in Lover Reborn <3

As for keeping myself into the Guild Hunters' world ..
I'm posting my POV on Angels' Dance on the BDB Message Boards. There's a Spoilers thread on the Boards. We're all so crazy in love with Illium <3

Thnx so much, Nalini, :give_rose:
for Bluebell <3

A Random Though:
The Cover of Archangel's Storm is ...
POWERFUL ... I love it.

But I didn't expect Jason to be that ...
WRESTLING LIKE?? What's the word for that
type of body again???
Besides Galen? The other angels are all
elegant ... slender ... strong, of course.LOL
In my opinion.

But maybe the description of how Jason looks
would MATCH the cover. <3

No matter what ...
I'm already so crazy in love with Jason.<3

I just finished Fair Game last night, so good! I also read Oracle's Moon this week and loved it.

I just finished Angel's Flight. It is an awesome read! I am totally captivated by the vulnerability you depicted in Nimra and Jessamy. Got to say, I love the dangerous yet devoted Noel to pieces. Can't wait for Archangel's Storm! Are there any other spoilers that you could give us? -eyes gleam-

Other than that, I am also reading James Patterson's books. They are thrilling and I often tie knots in my brain figuring out the murders and the twists.

I just finished Fair Game by Briggs last night also and i'm still stunned over the ending. Holy cow i did not see that coming from the fey. Thats going to make the next Mercy book real interesting. I really really enjoyed it.
Right now i'm reading Bond With Me by Anne Marsh. Its a random read and so far its kind of interesting but its missing something, like a little chapter of 'this is what happened in the last 50 years in such a place and now...'. I love a little bit of history with my paranormal romance, i've been spoiled by your wonderful books :)

Done with Angel's Flight(thrise!!!). needless to say, it was AWESOME (its written by NALINI SINGH, of course it would be). Now reading Gena Showalter's The Darkest Seduction. Its great so far.

Well I have had a great time because I was in England for a concert and managed to get to the bookstore. So have read The Darkest Seduction which was great, Lothaire which I really loved and then managed to get the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews which I inhaled my way through, even though I told myself to go easy, sadly got to wait for the next one. Also picked up Fledgling,Saltation and Ghostship by Lee and Miller which continues on from I Dare, Liad series. Then read the Battle Sylph which was good but haven't made my mind up about. Couldn't find Angel's flight (major sobbing) so that's for my hubby to find next time he is in London along with the next in the Sentinel series by Shannon K Butcher. So have been immersed in reading this week whilst I wait for results on elbow, shoulder and back injury.

I'm in the middle of Fair Game and from all the reviews, the ending is surprising! SO CANNOT WAIT!!!

But after FG, I intend to read Sarah MacLean's A Rogue by Any other name.

One word: Horsies!
Downside :( Do I really need to wait 2 years for the next Alpha & Omega novel?! torture!

I also read Angels Dance. I loved it!(actually the entirety of Angels Flight was brilliant)but this particular story-Im still walking on air it was that good*sigh*

At the moment I'm preparing for my American Literature exam at the university, so I have to read "The Great Gatsby"....sadly I've already finished "Angel's Flight" and tonight I've finished rereading "Archangel's Blade" (for the 4th time...XD), so at the moment I can't escape Gatsby...
Then I've got Hemingway, Gertrude Stein and Dos Passos to prepare...fantastic, terribly boring, old-style classics...but I want to graduate, and this is one of my last two exams, so I just have to keep holding on. Wish me luck! ^_^

Just Finished Fair Game by Patricia Briggs, this is one of my favourite series, i love the interaction between Charles and Anna, 2 different characters that mesh so well, and this book was the best in the series so far....pity we have to wait 2 years for the next one :C
