Greetings Nalini !!

At 4 am this friday morning I just finished Archangels Storm and I went to sleep with sad and happy tears :):

To be honest after reading Angels Blood, Archangels Kiss and Archangels Consort - All amazing - I was a bit disapointed that Archangels Blade didn't continue with Elena And Raphael as mains, oh no I thought. I want to know what happens !! But I shouldnt have worried, after just a few pages I was totally drawn into the lifes of Dmitri and honor :)

And Archangels Storm that I just finished as said, was even better, laughed, had tears and just didn't want it to end.

So today I will continue with Archangels Legion !!

The books I read before starting with your Guild Hunter series Nalini, was the All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness.
I thought nothing could top them really but..
You proved me wrong Nalini and I thank you so much for sharing this wonderful world of yours, never want to leave hehe :)

With all my heart
Mikael Svensson - Sweden
(I am the one that sent you a pic a year ago of a man holding a woman above the clouds :)

Been reading like crazy for a couple days LOL
Loving so many books at once LOL

πŸ’– The Beautiful Ashes by Jeaniene Frost
πŸ’– The Vampires in America Series by DB Reynolds
all 7 titles plus 2 novellas

I've found out that
not comparing anything to YOUR BOOKS
is the way to go ~ otherwise ~ it won't be fair
to the other authors ~

Preordered both
πŸ’– Rock Addiction & πŸ’– Rock Courtship!
can't wait!

I'm reading "The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin. It was recommended to me by another bookie. I was captured by review after review that quoted this - probably the best lines I've ever read from a book.

"We read to know we’re not alone. We read because we are alone. We read and we are not alone. We are not alone.
My life is in these books. Read these and know my heart.
We are not quite novels.
We are not quite short stories.
In the end, we are collected works."

In truth, that isn't just why we read, but why we write.

Really enjoyed Carla Neggers' Harbor Island (Sharpe & Donovan) and Jayne Castle's The Hot Zone (Arcan Society/World of Harmony).

Planning to start Shannon Stacey's No Place to Hide next.
