I actually had a question that may be other folks also have. I pre-ordered "Kiss of Snow" online a while ago, before I realized that you will be visiting my state for the book tour. On the page where your schedule is listed, there is a suggestion that we purchase the book from the hosting store. My question is, would it be considered supremely rude to show up with the book I ordered online? I have never attended a book signing and am unaware of the etiquette, if any.
