I'm back!

I had an amazing time in Australia - it was so great to meet all of you who came to the signings, and/or the conference. I also want to say a huge thank you to the booksellers who hosted the (fantastic) signings!

Today, it's all about putting the pedal to the metal and getting back to work on Hawke's book. I can't wait!

Also, I'm giving away three mass market copies of Must Love Hellhounds (out in September) over on Oddshots, so if you haven't yet read this anthology, make sure to go on over and drop your name in the hat.

Yay for Hawke's book! I can not wait for Indigo's to come out, I really want to get back in the wolf den. We don't see them enough, and short of Hawke's book, just seeing him in passing is such a good fix :)

I have my sister completely hooked on the the series now, too. She read all the books this past month and (like every other reader) is eager for Hawke's (No pressure!) But she is also hopeing Kaleb gets his own book (it must run in the family, I've been wanting him to have a book since the beginning :)

Happy writing!

Quick question, Nalini. Are you contracted for more psy/changeling books after Hawke's?

Welcome back! Good to know you're impatient to get back to Hawke (who wouldn't?!).

LOL - Christina, I got my best friend hooked on the series - and the first question I asked her was: It's going to be Hawke and Sienna, right? Please agree with me!

@Christina - yes, at the moment, I'm contracted for one more :)

any chance we could get that one to be Kaleb? ^_~ Do you know, now that you have a good idea where Hawke's story is going, who you will be writing next?

@Orannia - we usually only contract a few at a time :)

@Christina - all my energy is going into Hawke's book at the moment, so we'll see after that is done.

Hi Nalini :)

I forgot to ask: how many more Guild Hunter books are you contracted for?

Nalini Singh said...

@Roksana - there's nothing lined up at the moment, but I'll put it up on the website if I have a public signing or a talk :)

@hapalochlaena - one more (after Archangel's Consort), plus one novella. :)

Oh, I wished I had known you were in Sydney a few days ago. I just came back from a 2 week vacation in Australia that was amazing. Well, now, I'll have to wait until you decide to come to Washington, DC:)

Just an idea--maybe as a holiday present this year to your devoted blog readers, we could learn the name of Hawke's heroine??? I know it would make my Christmas!
