Working, working...

I'm happily working away on Psy/Changeling Book 4 - Clay's story. Yep, dark, brooding Clay. Did I tell you the heroine is human? Also fiddling with a proposal, trying to get business cards designed and do the website updates. That reminds me - is there anything you'd like to see updated on the site?

Okay, that's me. What's new in your neck of the woods?

Hi Nalini...

Two things... I have been ill with the creeping crud in my lungs... Don't you hate it when you are working hard and illness takes you out?

Second thing... I am writing a hazard mitigation proposal for the state... A lot of hard work and a lot of hard writing. ;-)

Excerpts, Nalini, excerpts. Of books 2 and 3 since you've already started #4. And you could give us some summaries or whatever you call them ... blurbs of 3 and 4. You know, important stuff.

Cynthia - ick on the creeping crud. Hope you're feeling better. Good luck with that proposal!

Jennifer K - are you on my newsletter list? I sent out an excerpt to that a few weeks back. Same one will be going up on the site soon.

Book 3 stuff coming soon. Backcover blurb is being finalized as we speak. I'll post an excerpt soon(ish) but guess what? The first chapter of Caressed By Ice is in the back of Visions of Heat! :)

Sure, what about the interviews with some of the changelings?
No rush, whatever you have a chance.

I've been meaning to do that, Barbara. Must get onto it!

Quick note everyone: Blogger is making me do a shift to Beta. Fingers crossed! If I don't post today, you'll know what happened.......

Hello Nalini,
I re-read "Slave to Sensation" when I saw you had a new title coming in early March. That lead me to check out your website.

On last Friday, you posed, "Me, hmm, if I wasn't already madly in love with this book I'm writing, I think I'd be up for a western - with a prim heroine and a larger than life cowboy hero. There would be sparks, frontier stuff and lots and lots of passion!"

My suggestions for westerns with a little something extra:
Sarah Mccarty's "Promises" series, that is, "Promises Linger", Promises Keep" and Promises Prevail".
All the best,
Audrey

Thanks for the suggestions, Audrey. It's getting hard to find westerns these days :)

p.s. Hope you enjoy Visions as much as STS!
