Friday Book Club time! What reads are you loving this week?

A good reading week for me. Mostly more rereading, but I managed a few new-to-me books.
I mostly enjoyed JB Curry's Shadow & Poison. She describes it as paranormal noir. It is set in 1933 Chicago.
Also enjoyed Roby Lionsdrake's Stars Across Time. Some plot issues (it is a time travel story), but I liked both of the main characters.
Making progress on the my last bunch of Nora Roberts books. Read Treasures Lost, Treasures Found. Only 12 more books to go and I will have read them ALL.
And I am up to Bond of Justice in my complete Psy/Changeling series reread.
I am keeping on with my Guild Hunter series read. Started reading Archangel's War. Finished Archangel's Prophecy last night, and the ending still makes my eyes go wide when Elena wakes.
I probably should start a read of the Psy-Changeling series after the Guild Hunter one, but I am still debating that. :)
New author in my life, Maggie M Lily! Really great and involved story and characters. You'll want to smack them upside their heads and hug at the same time. To describe the feeling of family, honor and responsibility is beyond my capabilities. Available on Kindle Unlimited so some of you can try them for free. I tried them for free and now I'm buying them. My husband and I talked about things that are a balm to us in this unsettled world. Among the things that eased us and let us 'escape' for a moment of peace: for him it's the Heartland series and for me it's Nalini Singh and now Maggie M Lily.
Archangel's Light, though it's a difficult read. I keep having to take a break and put it down for a while, to get a rest from Illium and Aodhan's trauma. And Lady Sharine's.
I found a new author: C.P. Rider and her Sundance series. She's fantastic. I highly recommend her.
Another book that I highly recommend is Lilith Saintcrow's "Moon's Knight". It's part Fairy Tale, part mystery, part personal journey and part romance. It's entirely unique and truly lovely.

I read Lora Leigh`s Bengal`s Heart and Soul Deep. - Hopefully she will release a new breed book this year...
