My favorite book this week was Coleen Kwan's Dating for Keeps (Pine Falls #3). The hero was a jerk to his sister is book one, but to be fair he quickly realized it and apologized to her and his bff in that book (which I read when it released back in 2016). I liked him in this book, but it's the heroine who really made the story shine. And I think this story would work fine as a stand-alone.

I also enjoyed Veronica Scott's Darik (Sectors New Allies #4). And Carla Neggers' Betrayals, an oldie from 1990 I read for the first time.

I totally loved "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte this week and right now I am reading "North and South" von Elizabeth Gaskell which I am also enjoying so far!

Wanted to try a bird shifter novel and read King of Prey; written by Mandy M. Roth.
- Don`t expect to much from the main story. In parts it`s very shallow and blunt, but when you're looking forward for an easy funny read where you can
laughing of laud a lot; I really recommend it.

I'm rereading Jayne Ann Krentz's Arcane Society series. The book, Midnight Crystal and then I decided to go back and start at the beginning. That book is White Lies. This should last until your next Archangel book.

Book 3 of the Enthralled series - "The Eros Expansion". Lots and lots of sex, but backed with a plot, action, and character development which could hold its own without the sex (though a bit weakly).

I'm finding it a lot more fascinating than I had expected; than it has a right to be given the repeated sex scenes. Did I mention it has a lot of sex? It has a lot of sex.
