Last week I was loving Robin D. Owens and comparing her Celta series to Jayne Castle's Harmony / Rainshadow series. This week I am very very happily reading the latest Rainshadow - Siren's Call. Also eagerly looking forward to Aug 4th and the latest Ilona Andrews! Then the long wait for Naasir!!
I Listened to "Piranha" by Clive Cussler -- I adore Juan Cabrillo! Finished "Alien Separation" by Gini Koch -- such a fun series. Tried to read "Trailer Park Fae" by Lilith Saintcrow but I just didn't feel the book so I will attempt later to re-read.
I'm reading The Boy I Loved Before, a fantasy/romance by Jenny Colgan, and I am listening to Wildwood Dancing, a fantasy set in Transylvania by Juliet Marillier. I just finished reading World War Z, the zombie apocalypse novel by Max Brooks, and listening to Percy Jackson's Greek Gods, the humorous non-fiction book about mythology by Rick Riordan. I'm all over the map with genre and mood.
re-read all the Alex Verus books by Benedict Jacka (the new one is also out on the 4th)
And uhh, re-read a few of thea Harrisons latest books (the two vampire ones), ummm the new victoria dahl book, and two of vivian arends books, the laird wolf one (wasn't bad at all, thankfully not a scottish dude), and wolf nip I think.
((I have a deep dislike of scottish stuff in my romance/urban fantasy, when its a 'crush on him' kilts, accents and im scottish therefore I'm hot/droolworthy thing?))
and a new (for me) book, Darkness Haunts (sensor 1) by susan illene.
...yeah...I can read a lot in a week sometimes >_<
I'm in a Sci-Fi mood lately. Read the Quadrail series by Timothy Zahn, all back-to-back (5 books) and love it. A way to describe it would be as an Agatha Christie novel in a Sci-Fi setting, or space opera is the tag, I can't remember.
Just finished Out of the Dark by David Weber, a great military sci-fi with a touch of paranormal, stand alone (loved if it became a series but it don't seems likely).
I'm going to read The Terrans (First Salik War #1) by Jean Johnson, it takes place in the same universe as her military sci-fi, Theirs not to reason Why series, but 200 years before and it is a sci-fi/first contact series, not military sci-fi.
After, I'm planing on starting the Safehold series by David Weber.
Like I said, a Sci-Fi mood. In between books in the series, reading a paranormal or sci-fi romance book, to relax because his books tend to be big and complex, wich makes them even more interesting.
I read the Kate Daniels Serie by Ilona Andrews. I have thought about reading this books for quite a while and now I started with Magic Bites and Magic Burns. I really, really like this books. They are great. I am happy, that there are 13 books so far and I have a lot to read - at least a month or so :-)

Just read The Martian by Andy Weir! I can't wait to see the movie.

Enjoyed Jayne Castle's Siren's Call, the lastest in her Rainshadow/Arcane/World of Harmony series.
Currently reading the last book in Rebecca Zanetti's Maverick Monatana series, Over the Top.
I read Meredith Duran's new historical, Lady Be Good. She's quickly becoming one of my favorite historical romance authors.

I read Katie MacAlister's new book Dragon Fall. This one is with Kostya. He finally gets a mate! Loved the book.
One note for everyone who has a Nook: I just saw on B&N a pre-order for Rock Redemption (without the cover) for $4.99. Woo-hoo!
Re-reading Archangel's Shadows to help speed up the time for Naasir's book.
