We're not in the New Year yet, still 4.5 hrs to go.
I'm reading Eternal Hunter right now by Cynthia Eden and it's great.

Happy New Year to you Nalini!

I'm currently reading the second Kate Daniels' book - Magic Burns. I'm enjoying it. Next up is Daughter of the Forest (Juliet Marillier) and Corambis (Sarah Monette).

All the best for 2010 everyone!

I ended up doing a serial reread of the original Black Jewels trilogy. What a fun way to spend the holidays.

I had only intended to reread Daughter of the Blood, but once I got going I couldn't stop. (To the point that when my 5 year old woke up in the middle of the night, I got him back to sleep in 5 minutes and got back to bed myself and hour later because I just had to finish the next section!)

I'm now reading Earth's Magic by Pamela F. Service. It's the final book in her children's post-apocalyptic Arthurian series. It's a nice change of pace and I'm enjoying it.

I'm actually taking a short break from paranormal romance. I'm reading The Omnivore's Dilemma. It's fascinating and heartbreaking at the same time.

Happy new year everyone!

Just finished Rachel Vincent's Prey - a great read. Am thinking of reading some Lora Leigh after this - Aiden's Charity.

I'm in the middle of the second book by Derek Landy. It's YA, and I like the snarky humor, the riddles, and teh enemies. There's no romance in it, but I can relate very well with the thirteen year old protagonist.

I just bought and read Debbie Macomber's "The Man You'll Marry" novel. It was very...cute, the whole magical wedding dress thing. I adored Shelly and Mark's story, but Jill and Jordon's story appealed to me most.

@Jennie S
I love Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar series-I have read it several ways-once in the order published & once in chronological order. The three Arrow books are my favorites.
I have been reading the Mossy Creek series and Jayne Krentz's Fired Up.

Just read "The Help" by Kathryn Stockett(?). Good stuff. It had a very satisfying ending.
