My favourite is lemon drizzle cake!
I am a fan of cake: chocolate, white, yellow...no real favorite. But I don't like icing. I like the light, whipped frosting that comes on bakery made cakes but can't recall what it's called at the moment. It's light and not super sweet. Usually if I bake a cake at home I just don't frost it.
