Forged in Blood edited by Micheal Williamson. It's a bunch of short stories about different wielders of one sword over a period of about 3000 years. The sword has her own opinions about each wielder and blacksmith who works on her. Only partway through, but so far it's great!

"Dark Obsession" by Aja James. Max and Ariel were definitely one of the most amazing HEA couples! The villains? So vile and vicious. They totally deserved multiple bloody deaths. Yet they lived on and thrived. Fantastic Happy Endings have kept me reading and a loyal fan.

Enjoyed Rebecca Zanetti's Taken (Deep Ops #1.5).

Reread Secrets at Midnight yet again. Love Kirby & Bastien!

Currently reading Marie Ferrarella's Cavanaugh Cowboy (Cavanaugh Justice #39).

Only 32 more days until Wolf Rain! I WANT it now...

Not much reading got done this week. Doing a re-read of Shadow Keeper by Feehan and then will start my re-read of the psy/changeling series while waiting ( Very Impatiently) for Wolf Rain.

Re-read Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series in anticipation for the next one, Storm Cursed, which comes out on Tuesday. It's number eleven in the series, with a side series that has 5 books in it. It also has a number of short stories and novellas, most of which are gathered in one compilation.

I think the Alpha and Omega series by Patricia Briggs is my favourite of the two, But I really like the Mercedes Thompson series too! Can't wait for the library to get the new one! Will buy the paperback when it comes out. The last one had too many vampires and not enough werewolves for me. This one sounds like it should be better though.

Just read the new Mercy Thompson book Storm Cursed. It's one of the darkest books in the series and was really nail biting!

Rereading my favourite Psy/ Changeling novels. I admit it is coping behaviour to starve off the thirst for Wolf's Rain. Thanks for the lovely newsletter Nalini, you terrible terrible tease. Alexi owes Naya and us a piggyback ride or something
