I just started J.D. Tyler's Primal Law. I'm loving it and can't wait to read the stories for the other characters that you meet in the book.

I just read The Girl in the Box (Gaian Series) a short story by Janet Miller. It continues her Gaian series and was pretty good but very short.

Hey everyone! I have been on a historical streak lately, which is kind of abnormal for me. I just got done reading Firelight by Kristen Callihan, which was an excellent new paranormal read that takes places in the 1800s. I think it was recommended by Nalini as a matter of fact. I am also reading another very good book called At Your Pleasure by Meredith Duran, which takes place in the late 1700s. I recently got the first in an alien romance series by Evangeline Anderson called Claimed - it will be interesting to see how that turns out.

I'm doing my second rereading of Tangle of Need. The spoilers ban is up on my BDB Boards. So I'm having a wonderful time talking about Kaleb ... Kaleb . . . Kaleb . . . LOL as well as about Hawke & Sienna.

No one can convince me that Kaleb could be a bad guy. LOL
Not until I read it in print from YOU.

Since your spoilers still in effect here. That's all I can say.

So Crazy in Love with Tangle of Need.

I also read a new book. Non-PNR.
Elizabeth Lowell's BEAUTIFUL SACRIFICE.

I give this story 5 STARS!!!

Everything I love is in there:

*Maya & Mayan
*Smart~ strong~ sexy~Great Looking HEA Couple
*Mystery
*Blood-thirsty or you can say blood-letting scenes
*Exotic locations
*Fast pace
*Superior invention of Maya cult & artifacts LOL
*what else do I need?
*Oh, yeah, satisfying death for bad guys. LOL

I highly recommend this story to you. Elizabeth Lowell won't disappoint.

Her best STORY for me is still EDEN BURNING though. It belongs to the genre *straight romance* she quit writing cuz it doesn't sell? Maybe?
Or her interest has changed.

Just finished Cynful by Dana Marie Bell, it was great! Well worth the wait.

@Iswari -- Claimed is really good. The backstory is interesting. My favorite of this series was Sought. Have fun reading them.

Impossible to Resist by Janice Maynard - Was actually looking forward to Jacob Wolff's story but it (and the heroine) seemed lacking...
Whispered Promises - Enjoyable library book read but the heroine and I were water and oil...
and Bachelor Undone by Brenda Jackson - Jamaica is revisited by the heroine, Darcy Owens, to have an island fling but instead she finds her HEA... I'm keeping it but this story wasn't my favourite.
Last Night's Scandal (another library book read) by Loretta Chase - Enjoyed the childhood friends-becoming-lovers story and am looking forward to reading Lord of Scoundrels.

I’ve just finished reading all 3 of the E.L James ‘50 Shades’ series and LOVED THEM! I was one of the poo poo’ers (yes that’s a word lol) who thought that it wouldn’t be my cup of tea and believed all the hype about it being a ‘dark’ book all about BDSM, but a friend whose opinion I trust urged me to check it out for myself, and I am so glad I did, I am so in love with the tortured Alpha Christian Grey, and the book is really about his dark past and finding love and being led into the ‘light’ It’s really well written without the use of gratuitous language and the Sex scenes whilst HAWT are sexy and loving and no way off putting (I’ve read that they have banned these books from certain Libraries across some parts of America, which is a shame as the story has a strong moral code) If you are still wavering about reading them, then please pick up the 1st book and I bet you’ll be buying the second and third shortly thereafter.

I am now reading Primal Law and so far so ‘meh’...Maybe it’s because Christian is so front and centre in my heart right now ;0)
