Carter is the most adorable, gorgeous hero ever! I'm really looking forward to the next three books in this quartet.

That's on my list to read! I read Lyn Benedict's Sin & Shadows and thought it a very good urban fantasy, although there was a point near the end that dragged a bit.
I am currently reading "Eve of Destruction" by S.J. Day. Love Evangeline Hollis as the heroine and she is in some serious trouble with the biblical brothers Cain and Abel. This is the 2nd installment of her trilogy, but I got a chance to meet her editor last week and she said that Day will continue the series. Yay!
I also read "The Bride Thief" by Jacquie D'Alessandro. She is the writer who made me appreciate historical fiction.
I just finished Burning Alive: The Sentinel Wars by Shannon Butcher.
I'm half way through Toni McGee Causey's Bobbie Faye's Very (very, very, very) Bad Day.
I am loving every word of it. And when I love a book... it multiplies. I came home today with 20 books, either borrowed or bought.
Hmm. Romance-related books I recently read were John Lambshead's Lucy's Blade, a historical fantasy novel set in Elizabethan England. There's a fun romance element. And Barbara Cohen and Bahija Lovejoy's Seven Daughters and Seven Sons, a YA historical novel set in Iraq centuries ago. It is intensely romantic and wonderful! I'm currently reading children's books, which though they are fun have no romance elements.
I'm currently reading Judith James' Broken Wing..although I have been sidetracked a little by two manga books :)

I read Vision in White a couple weeks ago too:) This week, I've been catching up on the BDB books by JR Ward...I'd fallen way behind on these, but now I'm totally hooked again!
This week I read Rachel Vincent's Shifters series (Stray, Rogue, and Pride.) These three books are a definite read and the main character, Faythe Sanders, is both witty and brave. Prey, the 4th bok in this series, comes out July 1st!

I'm still reading Broken Wing, it's going slowly for me as I was anticipating the releases of some books and quit to read those.
James Buchanan's 'Inland Empire' and 'Hard Fall' were FANTASTIC and Josh Lanyon's 'Somebody Killed His Editor' was just as great. I loved those books and the characters. I've actually read them 2 times each already.
Slow week on my end, too much work :( However, I've got the countdown going in my head for 7/7. I just get all giddy when I think of all the great books being released that day.
My recommendation for this week is Some Girls Bite by Chloe Neill. Great read! Started it at about 7pm and couldn't quit until I'd finished it around midnight.
Hmmm. Slow week for me. I didn't finish many and the only book that I finished this week that I'd recommend is Lisa Shearin's The Trouble With Demons, book 3 in her Raine Benares series. It was really really good. Love the series!
I have been thinking about buying this one for a while. Glad to hear you liked it. I've just finished Wild Orchard by Jude Deveraux, unusual but good book!
I read the 3 books in Maggie Shayne's Reaper series. I enjoyed them but they're not my new favorite. The one problem I had, is that Reaper is the most interesting character and we spend too much time in other characters' heads. I will read more of them if there are more--so 3.5 stars.
I put one of my novels up on kindle as an experiment--Barely Maid, it has good PW and other reviews just $1.59.

After really long thinking I now read "the host" by Stephenie Meyer. It is good but not as good as twilight. i hope one day she will continue writing "midnight sun".
Currently I am reading a book by Judith Lennox. It does not matter which one you choose they are all good. It has nothing to do with fantasy. Her books all are set in England between 1920-1960 and she is great at telling family-sagas. Maybe you should try.

Bron Jameson recommended an awesome read to me recently. The Spymaster's Lady by Joanna Bourne. A truly wonderful historical.
Reread 2 series (Rachel Vincent's Shifters and Nalini Singh :-) )and started to re-read a third (tanya Huff's sf Valor's series).
I have read Vision in White and I can't wait for Bed of Roses in December! Love the whole story concept and everyone is delicious. Can't wait to read all of their stories.
I just finished a travelogue called "With the Kama Sutra Under My Arm" by Trisha Bernard about two femal friends' travels in India. It was really interesting and funny and left me mystified once again by how many different Indias there seem to be. Can't wait to go myself someday.
Currently reading "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coehlo. I've underlined almost every line so far and that's just the author's intro, lol. I picked it up hoping for some major inspiration and I think I'm going to find it.
Next on the list if "Namaah's Kiss" by Jacqueline Carey. It's the first book of her third trilogy set in the world of Terre D'Ange. The original trilogy which starts with "Kushiel's Dart" is one of my all-time favorites. It's a really dense world that can be overwhelming at first but if you give it a chance, it's an amazing read.

I´m currently reading the raintree trilogy of Linda Howard, Linda Winstead Jones and Beverly Barton. The story line run parallel through all three stories and end in book three.

I read Sea Lord by Virginia Kantra and it was really good. It's the third book in her Children of the Sea series and I found the mythology and characters compelling.
I also read The Vampire's Bride by Gena Showalter and absolutely loved it. This book was a little different from her previous Atlantis books and it was outstanding.
Well didn't get much time as kids are on exam week so much time spent keeping them calm and dealing with nerves, revision etc Am re-reading at the moment as I don't have the time to devote to new books. Finders Keepers by Linnea Sinclair Sci-Fi romance, I love this book. Wonderfully feisty heroine and seriously hot hero. Some great secondary characters.
Loved Visions in White by Nora Roberts... glad you enjoyed it also! Thought Carter was a lovable beta hero. :) Waiting for the next one.
Finished and loved The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan, YA. First book in the Percy Jackson 5 book series. Loved it! For 6-9 graders it's a great adventure full of Greek mythology gods, demi-gods, monsters, adventure and fun. Will continue to read the series. :)
Re-read and loved all over again, Desperate Duchesses by Eloisa James. Fun and full of great characters with wonderful references to the game of chess. Re-reading the second one so I can get to This Duchess of Mine. :)

I just read and was extremely surprised by "Just for Her" by Katherine O'Neal. It was sooo good.
It had some action, romance, and a mystery! It kept me guessing and re-guessing. It was really good, and really hot in my opinion.

I had a good book week for sure, i also read "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. The first of a triology. Its more of a young adult for sure, but definitely awesome. Here's a synopsis.
