My favorite book this week was Archangel's Sun. Loved, loved, loved Sharine & Titus *happydance*

I also loved L Penelope's Echoes of Ash & Tears (Earthsinger Chronicles #3.5) in the Under a Winter Sky anthology. It's a prequel story but should be read after book 3.

Enjoyed Jeffe Kennedy's The Long Night of the Crystalline Moon (Heirs of Magic #0.5) also in the Under a Winter Sky anthology. This is the introductory novel to her "next generation" sequel series of The Twelve Kingdoms/Uncharted Realms. It basically sets up the new series. There was a romance, or at least the first brush of a reunion romance between two characters. Their story will continue in the series. I think they will have the last of the four planned full-length books. Can't say more without spoilers.

Currently reading Julie Miller's Crime Scene Cover-Up (The Taylor Clan #9/Firehouse 13). We first met the hero as a kid in a book back in 2003 (The Taylor Clan and her long-running The Precinct series are all set in the same city and have overlapping characters).

About 2.5 hours into Archangel's Sun and enjoying it immensely. I'm looking forward to more laugh out loud moments as it progresses. Thank you for brightening up my Thanksgiving in New York.

Read Archangel's Sun, of course. Excellent, as all Nalini's books are.

Now I've started by Ashley Poston. Really enjoying it.

Hmm... For some reason my current book didn't post right...

Among the Beasts and the Briars by Ashley Poston.

Finished Archangel's Sun twice. Such a lovely story. Simply loved it. Way to go .... Now I will read from Archangel's Heart. Somehow I like to do that when I get a new book. Like looking at characters in a new way.

I missed Raphael and Elena a bit .. would have loved a snippet of them - like them discussing being happy about Sharine and Titus. Or how Aegeon behaved in the Cadre meeting and how Sharine ignored him. LOL. Or just anything. May be it will come in a newsletter story. Who knows.

The last page .. oh that's intriguing segue to the next book. I still wonder if the Aodhan and Suyin will become a pair. Even though in the book Sharine mentions that for Aodhan considers Raphael and the seven his family. I somehow felt like there could be a twist and they may end up together. Why ? Because of the 'nexus of darkness' reference on the last page. And since Aodhan is in China ....

Oh the happy(??) wait of anticipation ... since it will be a year before the next GH book.
