Enjoyed Lauren DM Smith's Enveloping Shadows.

I was reluctant to read Nora Roberts' latest, Shelter in Place, due to the subject matter. But I ended up quite enjoying it. Loved the emphasis on the various friendships and relationships in addition to the romance.

Hope to finish my reread of Allegiance of Honor tonight. Only 12 days until we get to meet Kaia and see how Bowen survives. So excited!

Finished reading Gentleman Jole and the Red Queen by Lois McMaster Bujold. Now starting to read Mr Imperfect by Karina Bliss. This is a reissue book. It will be interesting to read.

Was needing something different before all the new books I have been waiting for start to arrive. So I finally started to read Ready Player One. Hubby and 2 of my kids had read it before the movie came out and all said I would really like it. They were right. Brings back a lot of memories - I am about the same age as Halliday the character whose death (natural causes) sets off the whole book.

Finished re-read of Feehan's Shadow series, hope to get the new one this next week. Starting re-read of Allegiance of Honor while waiting for Ocean Light, did a full re-read of the series in April, so this time I'm skipping around in the later books. I'll do Silver's story next and then do some of the others if I have time before the big day.

Read Making Up by Lucy Parker. It was good. I think between this book and her previous one, Pretty Face, she's now going to be an author that's on my radar...

Aside from that I'm counting down to the release date for Ocean Light (I've already ready re-read Silver Silence quite a few times)

Reading 'A Discovery of Witches' it's quite a page turner if you're into paranormal romance and favor science and its nuances. It's lovely so far.
