I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I completed the almost-final draft of Kiss of Snow. Woohoo!! It's off for a beta read, and in the meantime, I'm working on copy edits for Archangel's Consort.
I also managed to twist my ankle - so it's working from the recliner for me today. Now if only I had a butler like Montgomery...

Get better, Nalini. And a great "woohoo" because we're a step closer to KoS!
Sorry about your ankle! Glad to hear about KOS though! I want Hawke, like yesterday. :)
Hope you get better soon!!
Take care of that ankle Nalini; I wish I had a Montgomery too, just to help around the house!
Thanks for the linkage :)
Oh wow. Thats fast. Didn't you just working on KoS?
Oh no, no...been working on this book for a while. :)
Hahas I want Montgomery too... Oh, and Jeeves =) Cant wait for Play of Passion, Kiss of Snow, and most of all, ARCHANGEL'S CONSORT!!!
Get better soon =)
hmm... Thats weird.
Maybe it's because I only found out about it recently.
I was so happy you were going to write Hawk's story soon, I didn't know you were already writing it. lol.
I'm not complaining! ;)
Btw, do you consider yourself to be a fast or slow writer?
Nalini,
I have a question now:
Are/Is Montgomery & Jeeves two different people or the same person? I thought it was a first/last name thing. Based on a comment above, now I'm not so sure....
Thanks!
Same person. Montgomery is his real name.
Jeeves is often used to refer to a butler in a tongue-in-cheek way.(If you Google it, you'll find out the origins.) :-)
Marigam - writing speed is relative I think. Depends on the comparison.
Sorry about your ankle, hope it feels better soon! Can't wait for KOS, so excited to read Hawke's story!
I hope you had fun while twisting your ankle? As an eager fan I kind of hope it was on the way between your working table and the fridge because you don´t do anything else but as a normal human being I hope it was while doing sport or something else:-)
Archangel´s consort, woohoo!
Hope you feel better soon!
Take care, Nalini.
And Yay on completing the first draft of Hawke's book. I love that you give us constant updates, helps the wait period seem shorter.
Oooh, do I get a copy? Pretty please?
Sorry about your ankle! Stay off of it and get to typing.
I am amazed how fast you are in writing!!! But I am very glad too! :)
A great "woohoo" from me too!
And all the best for your ankle.
I was just at Katie's blog today.
Hope the ankle heals up fast for you.
all the best,
