Snapshot Monday: Scenes from Ireland II

After a break last week, I'm back with some more photos from my travels around Ireland. I really love the shot above - the scenery seems so desolate and beautiful at the same time.

A picture of the famous Killarney Jaunting Cars. Totally fun! I recommend a ride if you're ever in the area.

We met this friendly little guy at the Buratty Castle and Folk Park. Isn't he adorable?

Above and below are two shots taken at the absolutely stunning Cliffs of Moher within the space of perhaps half an hour. The fog was amazing. It swept in and covered everything, and then minutes later, you'd look and it was drifting back out.

And to close with, another shot of the beautiful scenery.

Hope you're enjoying the cyber-tour of Ireland :-)

Oh Nalini, you've taken some amazing photos! I simply love the second photo of the Cliffs of Moher! Looking at the photo ancient Ireland feels so close... Tell me *grin* have you read Juliet Marillier's Sevenwaters series?

Beautiful landscape Nalini. I have been meaning to plan a trip to Ireland as well. Someday, hopefully :)

By the way, hope you will visit my neck of the woods - San Francisco - sometime. We might just run into some of the Darkriver pack in here ;)

Have some of the EXACT same pics. I recognize the pony. Were the chickens in there with him when you were there. I have several pics of him and the chickens!

I thought Bunratty was really neat!
