Silent Blade by Ilona Andrews, Phoenix Unbound by Grace Draven, Cross Breed by Lora Leigh, and re-read Silent Shark by Ilona Andrews. Loved each and everyone of these books. Cross Breed, in particular, made me say "finally! Cassie gets her book!" It looks like another Breed book is in the works if the ending is any indication.

My favorite book this week was Rebecca Zanetti's Hidden which starts her new Deep Ops series. I liked the romance. Plus I'm looking forward to the boss & psychiatrist’s story when we eventually get it. And I loved the boss' dog!

I also really enjoyed Jill Shalvis' Hot Winter Night (Heartbreaker Bay #6). I liked the main romance in her Rainy Day Friends (Wildstone #2), but had some issues with the plot.

A few other meh reads, but overall a good reading week.

I'm reading Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik and listening to the audiobook of In Shining Armor by Elliott James (which I think is the 4th book in the Pax Arcana series).

Wild in my mind by Laurel Kerr. It's a funny comedy love story with cute animals.

For some reason, I thought Archangel's Prophecy was coming out September 30, not October 30. So... there go my weekend reading plans. Sigh.

Continuing my trek through the Guardian Series, working on Demon Bound.

I read 3 Stephanie Laurens Adair Casefiles books, and Keri Arthur's Lizzie Grace series as well as Unlit and Who Needs Enemies. Just about to try a new author this week, I sampled the first chapter and forgot I didn't have the whole book until I hit the end of the sample. Her name is Terri Austin and the books are Dispelled and Disheartened.

Finished re-read of Dark Sentinel and sent it back to Library. Got a copy of The Mane Event by Shelly Laurenston from inter-library loan and loved it.
