Before I throw open the Friday Book Club, a quick note for readers in Brisbane, Australia.
I look forward to seeing some of you at the Australian Romance Readers Convention this weekend! If you missed out on a ticket, you can still attend the booksigning tomorrow from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. You can find full information on the signing session on this page of the ARRC website (scroll down).
And now for the book club! What are you reading and loving this week?

Calculated in Death by of course JD Robb!!!
Good morning from Germany, I just finished "Keeper of the Flame" by Bianca d´Arc. Soooo cute and sooooooo sexy. Now I started with "Beauty Awankend" by Gena Showalter.

I finished Calculated in Death yesterday. Now I'm reading Heart Search by Robin D. Owens.
I just inhaled all the four Charlie Davidson books by Darynda Jones. The heroine is sassy and funny and The Grim Reaper on earth. She, her BFF Cookie and her dead assistant Angel help those spirits who haven't passed to heaven yet due to unfinished business - afterwards they can pass through her as she is literally the portal to heaven.
Loved these books and can't wait for the next installment. Humor, great cast of characters, romance, murder mysteries, demons, gossipy angels and last but not least the swoonworthy, mysterious Reyes Farrow who is... nah, won't spoil that... :-)
I just read Not Quite a Husband by Sherry Thomas. It's set in the late 1880's in India, and it is a second-chance story for the marriage of an English couple. I read it in one sitting - the way she reveals their backstory and gives you hope for their future just kept pulling me in!
I'm in the middle of 'God Save the Queen' by Kate Locke. So far, really enjoying it.
just finished reading 'written in red' by anne bishop. very good
looking forward to frost burned by patricia briggs. 2 days to go =)
I just finished Anna Zaire's Krinar chronicles. Close Liasons and Close Obsession. Unbelievably good writing and storyline. Alien romance set here on Earth.
