I'm about to start the last book in the GRIM trilogy by Gesa Schwartz.Unfortunately I don't think that she's been translated in English yet, but I can highly recommend her to all German speaking fans here. Gesa's been published by Lyx, Nalini's German publisher, too, so maybe you'd like to check it out, here's the link: http://www.egmont-lyx.de/index.php/cat/c660_schwartz,_gesa_-_grim.html?view=reihenintroThe settings for her stories and the wolds she creates are absolutely amazing, the storyline edge-of-your-seat exciting and enthralling, and her characters are as complex and fascinating as the world they live in. Really, I can only recommend her books.Well, and the covers alone are certainly worth it. ;-)Greetings from Germany,~Jana
Well, last Friday I'd just started #1, and now I'm up to #4 (Bone Crossed) of Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson series. There's 2 more, then I'll be moving onto your Archangel's Guild books in a few days.
I've read Edge of Dawn, it came out yesterday in Germany. I really like the couple, but the end was kinda weird, really, really weird, but I still love the books, so who cares about the end? Now I think I'm going to reread Caressed by Ice or Kiss of Snow (love Judd and Hawke).Greetings from Germany
I just finished Touch of the Demon, (Book #5 Kara Gillian series), by Diana Rowland. I'm glad I waited until book 5 was out before reading book 4 as well, since I heard it had a cliffhanger. It's so hard to hold off sometimes! This is probably my favorite book of the series with new characters, some whom I love and some I want to strangle.
Nora Robert's, an old one: Finding the Dream, the 3rd in a series.
Just got done rereading kiss of snow now don't know what I'll read until next month when a certain author's book comes out :)
Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison :( for class, but did just finish Wallbanger by Alice Clayton; very cute!!!!
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
Hi, I just finished Priceless by Shannon Mayer. Rylee Adamson has the unique ability to find people. When children go missing Rylee is the last resort to go to. Great read with a small cliffhanger to the next case. I highly recomand it. Actually I am reading Inked Magic by Jory Strong. Book one of the Inked Magic World. Serial Murders, Mobsters, Elven..... an equaly great read. I need to finish it till 26th of February, otherwise I will be in trouble because that is the release date of the new book in the Dragon Knights Series by Bianca D'Arc. I have waited for this book literary since years.... Dragon flame.... If you do not no the series and like it hot with sexy dragon shifters, real dragons and their knights, gryphon, magicans and gypsies I most highly recomend this series wich was reissued the last months in preparation of the new books.Greetings from GermanyCony
Sleight of Hand and Hidden Trump-Bite Back series by Mark Henwick- sure wish he would get 3 done!Very different book with a female PI who is transitioning to a vampire after and attack 2 years ago, but also is a unique mix of other never seen before. Maybe a lost hope for weres and vamps.
I just finished Dreadnaught by Jack Campbell, a military scifi and he continuation of his Lost Fleet series. I also got Blade Song by J.C. Daniels from a give-away, and devoured that, too.Up next are probably either Invincible, the next book in the Lost Fleet universe, or the third book in the Charley Davidson series by Darynda Jones.
