I just finished reading Michele SInclair's "To Wed a Highlander" and it was awesome :) A really cute story, brooding hero, feisty heroine, Scottish highlands...what more could a girl ask for! And now I'm on to Angels' Flight and absolutely loving Galen and Jessamy..not to mention the Slayer!
Any suggestions for the withdrawal that comes after I finish Angels' Flight?

One story away from finishing Angels of Darkness and also started Celebrity in Death by J.D. Robb.

I am currently reading Good Omens by Niel Gaiman and Terry Pratchet!
I'm really enjoy it, it's basically a parody on Omen (the movie) and a Angel (Aziraphale) and a Demon (Crowley) who quite like earth and want to save it.

Though I'm waiting for my copy of Angel's flight to arrive, should be here something next week.
Why does everything take so long to reach New Zealand?
The weather has been very odd here in New Zealand, I'm in Auckland and it's been changing between pouring rain and sun all day.

Just about to finish Patricia Briggs new book Fair Game. Will start Angels Flight after that.

Finished Angels Flight (Loved it) and then read Obsidian by Jennifer L Armentrout based on a recommendation on Ilona Andrews Forum and I loved it. Kind of Roswellish (which I loved when I was in HS) and the characters are very well developed. Highly recommend.

I tried a couple of new Paranormal Romances (Laurel K Hamilton , Anita Blake Series) was not really feeling Anita Blake as my kind of heroine. So I am re reading (again!) Kiss of Snow. One of my favorites while I await my Angels Flight book from B&N>

Hey folks! ^^
Galen's relationship with Jessamy was more hinted then truly shown, but it was there.
Remember the scene in Archangel's Kiss when Elena and Jessamy step out of the building where Jess holds her classes after Ellie's first lesson? (Dmitri'd sent her there though Jess should've taught her alone because she had to learn faster than the baby angels.)
Galen's joining them then, looking not amused when he spots Ellie, but Jess's face expresses a "silent joy" when looking at him and it's made obvious that there's something going on between them, though them beeing mated it nowhere clearly said.

That's how I remember it. Have a nice Sunday! :-)

Jana's interpretation is spot on. That's really the only time you see Jessamy and Galen together, and the surly weapons-master actually *listens* to her when she basically tells him to cut it out re Elena. I figured that was a pretty big indication of something between the two of them. :D

I devoured Angel's FLight, and I just have to say...that was completely cruel, Nalini! I loved Ash and Janvier and I wanted more! I was so, so sad when their story was over. If you are 'feeling out' your readers, I most definitely want them to get a full length novel! (or another dozen novellas or so) ^_^

I also read Heart of Steel by Meljean Brook. I love Steampunk and I love her series. HoS was so much better in my opinion than the Iron Duke (mainly because I couldn't stand Mina), and I love both characters in HoS! I can't wait for more of the Iron Seas.

AHA! LOL *HAPPY DANCE*

Thnx so much, Jana, and Nalini <3

I have tagged the ONLY SCENE between the two <3
when Jessamy looked at Galen. YEAH!!
So I was ... mistakenly... :(
expecting Angels' Dance
to continue from that point on.. LOL

LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING IN ANGELS' FLIGHT!

THANK YOU.

Ah, what a week. Gena Showalter's Darkest Seduction and Nalini's Angels' Flight. Next week there'll be Thea Harrison's Oracle's Moon and Patricia Brigg's latest, Fair Game. Question: Who is feeding my kids?

Anonymous said...

the clarification is taken, thanks Nalini and Jana, another thing, when are you going to give us glimpse or two of tangle of need or archangels storm :, i know it is greedy but hey... for the other readers they always have other authors to read their novels but for ahh i don't and this is pretty much your fault nalini coz i was reading a whole lot of other books and series & even enjoying them! until i started to read yours and start to be obsessed with them! their is no book you write that i didn't read hundreds of time and i really can't read any other author coz yours come from my fantasy dreams which i wasn't even aware of it*sigh*, if you have a solution for addiction of nalini books pls let me know.
have a nice busy week

I just finished reading Angel's Flight. LOVED it.
So I had to go back and start reading everything from Angels' Blood.
In Archangel's Kiss they say Galen is wearing a thin metal band around his arm (which is what Jessamy gave him).
I am now reading Archangel's Consort. I can't wait to read Jason's story.
