I'm currently sitting in my hotel room in Times Square listening to the pulse of the city - sirens, music, horns, the buzz of activity. I almost expect to look up and see Elena flying overhead.

I didn't get out of work early enough for the literacy signing but am glad I got to meet you earlier this month when you were in my fair city. I hope tonight was lots of fun and that lots of money was raised for such a worthy cause!
