I loved how Qin knew the archangels would be mad but he went back to sleep anyway knowing he'd do more damage if he did not.
And spoilers but loved that Hannah had been using Elijah’s part of the compass as a palate knife. LOL.
It was had saying "goodbye" to Elena's sisters, as those relationships are some of my favorite moments throughout the series.
This is one of the books I will read again and again. At least Keir isn't stabbed to death with all the components. How life can change in an instant between Elena and her father. The final goodbye for Elena's mother, Ari, and Belle. That part was heavy reading. Raphael meeting his ancestor. Hopefully we'll get to read about Marduk's mate in the last book.
