Time to talk books! What are you reading and loving at the moment? 

I've just finished reading The Mountains of Mourning by Lois McMaster Bujold, part of the fabulous Miles Vorkosigan series.

Cordelia's Honor - Lois McMaster Bujold

I've just read Cordelia's Honor and discovered the Miles Vorkosigan series by Lois McMaster Bujold. All I can say is - what took me so long?! 

While very much science fiction, Cordelia's Honor also has a strong and compelling romantic thread between two fantastic protagonists. I utterly loved this book (which is actually an omnibus that contains two novels - Shards of Honor and Barrayar) and can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Friday Book Club

I'm currently reading Lois McMaster Bujold's Beguilement (Book 1 of the Sharing Knife series) and loving it! I stayed up way too late last night after telling myself I'd read just one more chapter. Ten chapters later...

Beguilement is a fantasy novel, but it's also deeply romantic - the two main characters are just wonderful. Totally recommended. If you'd like to read a detailed review, check out the one at Dear Author.
