Current and next year's release dates

(Edited to update for 2015 & 2016)

I've had a few questions about release dates for next year, so here are all the dates I have at present.

2014

Shield of Winter - June 2014 / paperback December 30th

There was a man standing on the path between the snow-kissed trees. No, not a man. A soldier. Over six feet tall with broad shoulders, his posture was unyielding, his stillness absolute, his eyes a chill gray, and his hair black.

Archangel's Shadows - October 28, 2014

"Secrets at Midnight" in the Night Shift Anthology - November 25, 2014

2015

I agree with Tammy, d world will be one big happy place for us Nalini Singh fans in 2012-13. But now that I know about these books, the wait seems reeeaaally looong.

All I can say is Yaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!! Good news, great start to the week! I really am looking forward to two Psy-Changeling books next year.

Hard cover? Why not!?
Doesn't hard cover means your sales are good?

I wonder if we'll see a Psy-Psy romance next year? I've been waiting on pins and needles for one to get done. Wouldn't it be a nice change from the usual Changeling-Changeling or Psy-Changeling or Human-Changeling pairings?

YEA! I can't wait! Thanks Nalini!

Happy to learn Cooper and Grace get a story!!!! Way to long to wait though=)

Ladyacct said...

Cooper and Grace sound familiar but it's not coming to me, could someone give me a little memory bump???

Ladyacct said...

For Kiss of Snow I bought the Hardcover and the Paperback (because of deleted scenes in paperback) this time I think I will wait for the paperback since there seems to be an award for doing so.

Ladyacct said...

Whoops reward not award ;-)

Cooper is one of the SnowDancer lieutentants. He's never shown up 'in person'; we've only ever seen him through the video conferences in KoS.

Would love to read a novella featuring Tag and Tiara, plus a glimpse of Dev/Katya and the Forgotten.

Thank you Claudia

Is the Psy/Changeling anthology like Angel's Flight?

Anonymous said...

Thanks for the heads up...I love this series, but the hardest part is having to wait so long to read them :(

Terafoxx said...

I can't wait to get more of your books. I love the Angel's Flight series. I haven't been able to get into the series yet. I am still trying though. I noticed that you listed a 2 novellas and a full book for the psy-changeling series in 2013 but only 1 book for the Guild Hunter Series. Are you expecting to only release 1 Guild Hunter book a year?

Terafoxx said...

I meant to say I haven't been able to get into the psy-changeling series yet.

As a person who loves to keep my books as old friends i love hardcovers they are the ones that stand up to many re-reads over time my mass market ones are inclined to get a little dog eared over time, so go for it nalini i for one would love the guild hunter series in hardcover

Anonymous said...

I have every single Psy-Changeling book thats out and i love them all.All the Angel books except for Angel's Flight which I will be getting soon. Slave To Sensation got me hooked on the series and Archangel's Blood got me hooked on that series. I just love Nalini's books!!!

Anonymous said...

Love both series and wait seems endless to next releases - glad nearly there. I re read all of my books all the time and yes they are getting a bit dog eared. Always checking for more deleted scenes and updates re new books.Love to meet Nalini and so far have missed her visits to Oz.

teriannesis said...

Two Psy-Changling books are our reward for having to endure 3 Guild Hunter books this year and only 1 Psy Changling book this year.

Anonymous said...

Please Please Please let the new Guild Hunter book feature Illium and whoever is lucky enough to win his heart (sigh). I love your book's Nalini...Dev and Kataya's story made me cry like a baby and...never mind, just love them all!!!

I want the Russian bridegroom to feature in one of the new novellas/ psy changeling novels! :P and yes super excited about the 2012 releases :)

You know you're good when your book goes hardcover

I have to say I just love the Psy-Changeling series. I was a little disappointed in kiss of snow but seriously why is tangle of need in hard cover? And by the way amazon posted the release date as December which threw me into a panic and i hadto double check this website, because this year long wait between books is excrutiatingly painful.

Dvwasson said...

As always I look forward to more Guild Hunter books.

I'm with everybody and happy about the 2012-13 schedule. I read Annie and Zack's story in "the Magical Christmas Cat" and loved it soo much I immediately googled Nalini Singh and then ordered the first 4 Psy-Changling novels and devoured them in a few days. When Nalini announced her new series, Guild Hunters, I couldn't wait to read it. Can't say I was disappointed by any of them. I am a voracious reader and none of my favourite authors can write fast enough for me. I like others buy the books twice, once as an ebook and also as a book. I love rereading my favourites when ever the urge strikes. Keep giving us excerpts and excellent reads, I hope your never run out of stories to tell. Thank you.

Unknown said...

You are definitely one of my favourite writers. I cannot wait for your next books! You rock!!!

Christine said...

Do you get most of the $5 increase in the ebook price? (I really don't get e pricing but I love being able to visit my favorite books when I'm sitting around as my kid's chauffeur.)

Anonymous said...

Nalini, I love love love all of your books and have kept and reread all of them (well, Kiss of Snow was a little disappointing), but I'm bummed that Tangle of Need is coming out in hardback. I'd always been amazed at the fact that your books were so good and popular and yet they've always come out in paperback. I guess our luck just ran out...

Anonymous said...

I think you'll incite a riot if you don't give Ilium his own full length novel ;) So pleeeaaase!

Anonymous said...

Oops, forgot to ask: Are you ever going to write another Rafael/Elena story? I, for one, absolutely adore them. Their stories and relationship have never gotten stale, which I commend you for. I've never felt like, Oh great, they're having sex again, yada yada... So good on you!

Anonymous said...

love the continuing story line for all the characters especially Sienna and Hawke as the series grows. Their world is very realistic and full of twists and turns between the Psy and Changelings.

Anonymous said...

These books are my guilty pleasure

Anonymous said...

I vote for Kenji and Jem, for the novella. I would love to know what the heck is going on between those two!

Anonymous said...

I want KENJI's story :D

Anonymous said...

Enjoyed Tangle of Need, especially as it continued on the story of Hawke & Sienna amongst it. I'd love to see a special celebration novel/novella around the Dark River/Snow Dancer Alliance.

Acerogamma said...

I would love to see a novella on Teijan! Although Kenji and Jem would be fun too, or even Tai and Evie. Can't wait to see who gets the next book on Psy-Changelings. I would love to see Kaleb, Vasic or Aiden.

I am also waiting for the day when Kit will get his book. Gotta love that baby cat alpha!

Just got started reading Guild Hunter books and have plowed through three in two weeks because they are such good reads! Loved Dmitri's story the best.
Hoping for a Venom story someday. Seemed like he and Sorrow/Holly were working into something. Hope so! Thanks for great series!

My Nalini books are all Audible.com downloads. I downloaded the first one while looking for a new author and have been hooked ever since...Although my favorite will always be Slave to Sensation, which I am currently listening to again, I really love Kiss of Snow, too. I was afraid that Hawke and Sienna would be footnotes in future books, but if Tangle of Needs is any indication, the alpha couple will continue to appear prominently in future SnowDancer books. I hope that Lucas and Sasha will be prominent in any Dark River books, also. Thank you Nalini for writing so well about life's passion...p.s. Vaughn is way cool, too...and don't forget about the humans...Bowen should find himself befuddled by love one of these days!

Anonymous said...

This is so exciting. the Guild Hunter Series are the best.

Anonymous said...

the suspense with Riley/Mercy pupcubs is going to be agony...Every time a new psychangling comes out I go back and read from early on. Dev's story hits me hard every time, but I rally liked the mating challenge addressed in Tangle esp as I am stuck as a mere human for this life at least.

Anonymous said...

I second the request for more on Kaleb, Aden and Vasic. Love those characters! Also, can I say how much I'm looking forward to reading more about Lara and Walker - their story in Kiss of Snow was so sweet!

Anonymous said...

I personally hope for Aodhan's book in the future, sometime. there's no rush though, (LIE ALERT! LIE ALERT!);).

Anonymous said...

Please, please, please let there be a whole book for Aodhan!!!!!

Anonymous said...

I think it time for Elena to grow more in her immortality,I sure a lot of you agree that it time after all she was made into an angel by Raphael one of the strongest archangel alive,he also the son of two of most powerful archangel that ever existed.an let us not forget Elena parentage an her father side she gain the hunter's bloodline,an her mother side she gain the vampiric bloodline.

Anonymous said...

Elena and Raphael are the most fascinating characters I've ever eincountered in a paranormal series. Just can't get enough of them. We need more, more, more~:)

Unknown said...

I love your series. I can not wait for the next book in the psy/changeling series. I keep reading your series until the next one comes out.

I love your series of psy/changeling keep it coming. I reread your books and keep find new things I missed. Thank you for a great series.

Love Archangel's Legion!!! Keep them coming, but it is so hard to wait for the next one. I re-read them all before reading the new one, so I get to enjoy them all again!! ♥

I hope that #8 won't be the end of the Guild Hunter series. Illium, Venom, Aodhan and Sorrow need to find their soul mates, and I need to read about it. I'd also love to see more of Dmitri & Honor and Raphael & Elena. I love all your work, but this series is my favorite.

Anonymous said...

I really want Keir's book. Keir is my favorite character. Although I am conservative, I hope he can find his soul mate (girl).
