Finished Resonance Surge last night! Loved it! (of course!).
Now to get back to Storm Rise by Jillian Boehme. Interesting, unusual twist on the "girl disguises herself as a boy to become a soldier" trope. Mulan-esque, and yet also entirely different. LOTS more detail on the intricate (and difficult) details of the difficulties of not being male in a situation where everyone else is and severe punishment will happen if the character is discovered to be lying about one's gender, than usual. (Or at least than I remember reading before). Also... there's magic involved. Dragon magic. (and potentially real live dragons, even though they're thought to be exinct, - if they were ever real to begin with.) 'Nuff said. Now I'm off to see if the dragons are real... and just how powerful is this dragon magic anyways?!
I read Payback in Death by JD Robb. It was a great book. However, if you or someone you know have suicidal tendencies, you may want to take this book in chunks.
Right now, I'm re-reading the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews.
Just finished re-read of the Guild Hunter series. Planning to pick up a copy of the new J D Robb tomorrow. Wishing it wasn't so long to wait for the new Guild Hunter.
I read In Love with Lucy by C.C. Wood, The Merman`s Kiss by Tamsin Ley and The Bear`s Nanny by Erin Havoc. The last one was my first Midlife Shifter love story. - Now I´m more than ready for Nikita and Anthony. lol (I really hope that they`ll get their story).

Enjoyed JD Robb's Payback in Death.
Other than that I have been mostly rereading this week. And watching season 2 of The Wheel of Time (gotta get my Nynaeve & Lan fix).
