Night in Eden by Candice Proctor a breaking-my-heart old story first published in 1997. I found this book via my love for her newly discovered Sebastian St. Cyr Mysteries by her other name~ C.S. Harris
You'll love Night in Eden . . . please give it a try. New South Wales in 1808 will hold you captive and never let go. The hottest slow-burn longing between Bryony and Captain Hayden St. John will burn you along with them.
Just started Archangel's War. Having a little trouble telling whether it is Elena or Raphael talking sometimes, but finding it quite funny so far. And just ran across this quip.
"'Your Bluebell needs to see us.'Raphael murmured to Elena. 'I will ask him to come to the Tower.' 'I'd need to see us, too, if we were eaten by a chrysalis then exploded our house.'" ROTFL!
Just finished "Never Gonna Happen" by Cynthia Eden. I adore her romantic suspense, and Alyssa is the kind of spunky heroine I want to have in my reading.
I am currently re-reading Allegiance of Honor, but it is going slower than usual with everything else happening. This is kind of just a quick happy thing. Still deciding what series to re-read next. It is way too soon for me to start the full re-read of the series. I'll keep that until closer to the next book.

I read Darby Kane's Pretty Little Wife (aka HelenKay Dimon, NOT a romance).
Spent most of the week rereading. So ended the year with Alpha Night. :)
Not sure what will be up first for 2021.

I am reading "The Duke and I" by Julia Quinn. I just watched "Bridgerton" on Netflix and hadn't realised it was a book first.

Re-read all the Jessie Mihalik books (Polaris Rising, Aurora Blazing, Chaos Reigning and Queen's Advantage, Queen's Gambit, Queen's Triumph) this weekend.
