International Cover Reveal: Quiet In Her Bones

I'm so excited to share the international cover for QUIET IN HER BONES!! Isn't it wonderfully evocative and okay, a little creepy? I LOVE it!! Coming February 2021.

KindleUK, AmazonUK (more links to follow)

QUIET IN HER BONES by Nalini Singh

In this gripping thriller set in New Zealand, New York Times bestselling author Nalini Singh takes you into the twisted world of an exclusive cul-de-sac located on the edge of a sprawling forest.

My mother vanished ten years ago.
So did a quarter of a million dollars in cash.
Thief. Bitch. Criminal.
Now, she’s back.
Her bones clothed in scarlet silk.

When socialite Nina Rai disappeared without a trace, everyone wrote it off as another trophy wife tired of her wealthy husband. But now her bones have turned up in the shadowed green of the forest that surrounds her elite neighborhood, a haven of privilege and secrets that’s housed the same influential families for decades.

The rich live here, along with those whose job it is to make their lives easier. And somebody knows what happened to Nina one rainy night ten years ago. Her son Aarav heard a chilling scream that night, and he’s determined to uncover the ugly truth that lives beneath the moneyed elegance…but no one is ready for the murderous secrets about to crawl out of the dark.

Even the dead aren’t allowed to break the rules in this cul-de-sac.

Friday Book Club

Hello my lovely readers. Today, I'd like to host a special Friday Book Club, focusing on your favorite reads by Black authors. Here are three recent ones of mine to start us off!

And if you haven't yet tried any of the authors mentioned in this thread (or in the comments), please do give them a go - there are some amazing stories out there that don't always get the spotlight.

Rafe by Rebekah Weatherspoon (the author describes this is as a "Buff Male Nanny" book and it definitely is!)

Real Men Knit by Kwana Jackson (Four brothers inherit their mother's knitting shop and the resulting story is both about family, and about falling in love. I loved this book so much I gave it a publicity quote).

The A.I. Who Loved Me by Alyssa Cole (this is an awesome SF romance that asks the question...what if the hot guy next door is actually the A.I. next door? I listened to this in audio and it's a fantastic production, but the ebook is now also out).

I could keep going, but I'll hand it over to you now! Fill the thread with recs for your faves! 💕
