Golden in Death by J D Robb ad Hunting for a Highlander by Lynsay Sands. Currently re-reading Covert Game by Feehan while waiting for Lethal Game. Not quite time to start my re-read of the Psy/changeling series.
Sweep for Me by Ilona Andrews, which has sent me back to re-reading all the Innkeeper books in that series. Also re-read Archangel's War, and can't wait for the next book in the series.
Age of Deception by T.A. White, book 2 of the Firebird Chronicles. I HIGHLY recommend this series and also the Broken Lands series. She has a couple other series but those are my favorites. I'm always looking for new recommendations, especially independent authors as often self published means poorly edited
My favorite was Jeffe Kennedy's The Fate of the Tala (The Uncharted Realms #5). It's the last full-length book in her multiple spin-off series (The Twelve Kingdoms and The Chronicles of Dasnaria) and tied up most of the threads. It featured the same couple as the first full-length book. So much yummy goodness.
I also loved Piper J Drake's Forever Strong (True Heroes #6) . It was also a final book. I'd been anticipating the hero's story, but the heroine stole the book. Plus the hero's dog!
I enjoyed the latest JD Robb, Golden in Death, and Veronica Scott's Landon (Sectors New Allies #11).
I also liked Red's Wolf (Terra's Guardians #2) by Piper J Drake (originally written as PJ Schnyder). I think I would have benefitted from reading the first book first, but it's currently unavailable to purchase.
I've just started Caressed by Ice in my complete Psy/Changeling series reread. This is the most I've read in months.
Golden in Death by JD Robb. What really makes my head shake is that Golden in Death is her 50th book. I got hooked on these books when, I think, Immortal in Death first came out (the covers for the earlier books were different than they are now).
That got me into reading some of the earlier stories. Right now I'm skimming through Visions in Death. I may read Origin in Death after that.
Space Specter by Jenny Schwartz came out and I gobbled it down. Way to play with my emotions, Jenny Schwartz. Anyway, it was good. I hope there are more to this series down the road, particularly due to the surprise at the very end - not a cliff hanger but a coolness, nonetheless. Then, I went into her (Jenny Schwartz) back list and read Demon Hunter, Djinn Justice and Doctor Wolf. All of these are fun and they move along at a brisk pace. Can't wait for Rough Magic, due in April.
13 Things Mentally Strong Women Don't Do by Amy Morin. Only a few chapters in, but it's already on my "most interested in" list to buy. Thankfully, it just came out in paperback, so it's next on the list when I have money for books!
