I'm currently reading Den of Wolves, which is the third book in the Grim and Blackthorn series by Juliet Marillier. I'm really enjoying the series so far, but, as it is based on Irish folklore, it can be pretty dark and grim sometimes.
I'm reading a book of poems called Honey and Salt by Carl Sandburg.
As for audiobooks, I'm currently on the novella Brighter than the Sun by Darynda Jones. This one is much tougher to listen to because of the subject matter and what happens to one of the main characters as a child. It's still good, but I don't know if I'd say I'm enjoying it. I may have to switch back to an audiobook by Nalini next week! :)
And I've been watching Death in Paradise on Netflix, which has been pretty good. Even though I cried like a baby in Season 3, Episode 1.
So I started reading Once Upon a Rose by Laura Florand because I needed something more light-hearted.
And because I'm a fool, I've started re-reading Burn for Me by Illona Andrews... again. I've lost count of how many times I've read this series! So glad there are going to be three more novels and a novella!
I really enjoyed Jeffe Kennedy's Sorcerous Moons series (Lonen’s War, Oria’s Gambit, The Tides of Bára, and The Forests of Dru). It's a fantasy series and the romance doesn't really start until the second book. The h/h are the main protagonists of each book. I was really happy to start this series late as book two in particular ends in a cliff-hanger. So now joining the wait for books 5 and 6 hopefully in the autumn.
Just started Therese Beharrie's A Marriage Worth Saving.
