Okay, I admit it. Potato chips are my kryptonite. I cannot resist their salty goodness. And unlike chocolate, you can't just eat one or two chips! Tell me your secrets. What can't you resist?
In snacks it's chocolate candy, especially M&Ms. Chips, both potato and corn chips, are a temptation and also salted nuts. With regular food it's mashed potatoes and stuffing.
Like you I am very weak when it comes to potato chips (low salt). I will eat them instead of crackers when I feel nauseous. I have also convinced myself that eating them will sometimes help stop a headache in its tracks. By the way there is such a thing as chocolate covered potato chips. I love the salty and chocolate together. Hard to find so only indulge every 6 months or so. As for real food I can never say no to a fast food hamburger (preferred is Mozza burger by A & W but will eat just about any brand)! Very guilty pleasure!!
Apart from books (oh, those sleepless nights...), I have terrible self-control when it comes to any sort of sweet/cake/chocolate. I could eat a whole batch of brownies by myself in a couple of hours...
Depends on what I'm in the mood for at the time. If I'm doing a lot of data pulling and statistics work, then it's chocolate with caramel on the inside. Other times it's pizza with no green peppers (they upset my stomach).
I agree with the salty, yummy potato chip but, I like to add some extra sharp cheddar. Prefer Old Croc Extra Sharp or Cabot Creamery Seriously Sharp then followed with (sigh, this is so bad) Reese Peanut Butter Cups.
Chocolate...potato chips. Most of us would think these do NOT go together, but there is a chocolate company in Hokkaido that has made delicious chocolate covered potato chips. (I see those horrified head shakes...but this is another "can't eat just one...) I first got them as omiyage/souvenir gift from my sister-in-law...shockingly good.
(Scroll down, keep going, a little bit further...and there they are!)

(And my can't resist food is nachos, and cheese + olives)

Cashews.
Shortbread cookies. Which is why I don't often buy them.
(also Girl Scout Thin Mints). Nom nom.
Chocolate. No way I can only eat one or two pieces. A few rows maybe . . .

Reading a book after midnight, while eating chocolate. 😍
Homemade popcorn with lots of butter, salt and yeast flakes. I will eat a HUGE bowlall by myself!
Corn tortilla chips. With salsa, with refried beans, with cheese, as nachos, by themselves... Like potato chips, you can't eat just one.
