Great! Love the colours gold and blue! I can nearly feel her strength packaged in her beautiful outward appearance. And the golden light behind reminds me of all the secrets which will be lifted! Can't wait!
My love for this cover is beyond words! Look at the hair, the weapons, the wings! Elena has come to life for me in this cover more than the others I can't stop staring!
I am most intrigued with the painting/mosaic on the floor beneath her feet. I can't quite make out anything in the design but am sure it's something important to/actually in the story.
Wow! Love this cover! Elena has come alive with her and Raphael's colors (blue for Elena; gold for Raphael). I agree with everyone else, November can't come soon enough.
Your books have the best covers. They always reflect the book which makes them even more enjoyable. Something that does not seem common anymore. And they are always gorgeous. Your publisher does you proud.
Honestly, I'm disappointed in this cover. The dress looks like a fancy dress and the only times that Elena wears a fancy dress, especially a blue dress, is when she goes to fancy angel stuff. I remember the first ball she went to, her dress was described as being more delicate, something that Elena would have never chosen for herself, and yet it was (in her own words) perfect. This dress on the cover looks like a cheap jersey thing. It reminds me of the nasty fabric I see at lower-end fabric stores, such as Joann's. The plainness of the dress, the almost-halter neckline--there's nothing fancy about it and it makes no sense for Elena to wear something like this. I get where the cover artist is trying to go with this, but it seems to just miss the mark. It's not true to Elena because the reality is that she would never wear a dress unless she was forced to. She would only be "forced" to by Raphael, and he would not pick a dress this informal, plain, and cheap-looking for his consort. After all, he has an image to maintain. Do I expect her to wear a prom dress? No. Absolutely not. But I envision her in something more flowy. Anyone see Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation? The opera scene where the British spy wears that yellow dress? I think a dress like that (only in blue) would be perfect. It's one shouldered, has a high slit that's hidden, flows, and allows for embellishments, such as a jeweled arm sheath.

Wow I can see Raphael having this painted life size to hang in his office.
Wow. This is so gorgeous! So true to who Elena is.

Agreed. I am also disappointed in this cover. Elena looks so mad, but I would be mad if someone made me wear such an ugly dress.
