Some interesting concepts, but with gaps in pov and continuity, and needs more variety and depth in characters. Makes me wish it would get re-published after a good editor's been through it and some re-writing. Like the lack of profanity.
Re-reading Savor the Moment by Nora Roberts. This is part of her Bride Quartet series. I really like this one, Bed of Roses, and Happy Ever After. The first one in the series was okay, but not my favorite.
@Nicole as you are reading the "in Death" series, you will be very pleased to see all the characters develop in the different books (there are I think 40 of them!). There are some I like more than others, but because of the character development, I keep them in my e-reader. I started reading the series before everyone knew the author was Nora Roberts. The original cover of "Naked in Death" (which I have) does not say "JD Robb as Nora Roberts" but just JD Robb.
Enjoy the In Death books, Nicole. Like Patricia I started reading them way back when, but have reread the series multiple times. I used to reread them all before a new book would release. Not so much with the later books as the series has grown so long.
I just started Shield of Winter. I keep thinking I've read the best of your books, then I read the next one. I absolutely adored Kaleb and Sahara's story in Heart of Obsidian, and I wasn't sure I would because I'm absolutely craving another of your cat shifter novels. I want to know what Dark River is up to. I only hope I'm as good as you are when I 'grow up' as a writer. Please keep writing!
I read Bronze Gods and Silver Mirrors by A. A. Aguirre, and enjoyed them quite a lot. The focus is on the adventure and the mystery, but there's a little romance thrown in, too.
Finished Brotherhood in Death this morning. I really enjoyed it - I adore the whole series. And I just finished listening to Magic Bleeds by Ilona Andrews. Such a great series.
Started the Guild Hunter series two weeks ago and stayed up late devouring the first four books. The end of Archangel's Blade caused tears to stream down my face, it was that much of an emotional rollercoaster, haha. Thanks Nalini! In the middle of the fifth in the series, and loving how we get to experience more of the world through the perspectives of different intricately crafted characters.
I have just finished "Rock Hard" of the Rock Kiss series from our Nalini! Charlie and T-Rex are so sweet! Really love that book! And such different characters and topic than before. Gabriel is really hot;)
Eve and Roarke in Obsession in Death. I found this couple four months ago and I gulp all their books in those months, yup more than forty books so far:)))
I just read about another book of Raphael and Elena. And all my fingers and toes crossed they will have plenty books like Roarke and Eve!:)
I'm rereading His housekeeper's Christmas wish' by Louise Allen, she's a good regency writer, I'm also reading Jane Austen's letters and tomorrow am hitting a charity book shop in Cheltenham - I love it as u never know what u'll find!
The Genius and the Muse by Elizabeth Hunter. Really an amazing contemporary romance set in the world of visual artists in California. I usually prefer to read PNR books and I did initially start with her books on that genre. But when I read this one, totally blew me away.

King's Dark Tidings series by Kel Kade. Currently 2 books avaliable.
Interesting concept, which makes a very good read.
I have started the "in Death" series by J.D. Robb (Nora Roberts) which started with "Naked in Death". I think someone in this round recommended it.
I really liked it. I will start reading the next one as soon as I have bought it :-).
Re-reading Autumn Dawn's DARK LANDS series.

I enjoyed Merline Lovelace's "I Do"...Take Two! (book one in her Three Coins in the Fountain trilogy).
I also enjoyed HelenKay Dimon's Chain of Command (Greenway Range #1).

I am reading "Elijah" from Jacquelyn Frank.
Great book!
