Friday Book Club & New French Translation

Time to talk books! What are you reading and loving this week?

Also, a shout out to my French readers. The French edition of Heart of Obsidian is now out. I hope you love it!

I'm off to the Whanganui Literary Festival (New Zealand) this weekend. Hope to see some of you there!

I hope you all have a weekend filled with lots of great reads!

I read Devoted in Death by J D Robb. This book isn't a mystery like some of her other books. It's more of a what's happening with the other people in the background (like Trueheart, Baxter, Detective Charmichael, etc). With this book I think she's setting everything up for Dennis Mira's book coming out next year. I liked it.

Also skimming through some of the Psy-Changling books. Right now on Shard's of Hope.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Elemental Mysteries by Elizabeth Hunter (the first book, Hidden Fire, was free on the Amazon Kindle app)...of course I read all four books and started on the Elemental World series by her.

Happy reading, everyone!

Enjoyed Devoted in Death by JD Robb. Not one of m favorites, but a solid entry in the series.

Read the first two books in Stephanie Julian's DeMarco Investigations series. I didn't care for book #1, Sex, Lies and Surveillance (the hero didn't grovel anywhere near enough), but after a rocky start I did like the second book, His to Keep.
