Queen of Shadows by Dianne Sylvan. It normally takes me at least 2 books to get into a series, but she has me hooked on the first one! Now I have to wait months until book 2 is released. :(
I started reading Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson urban fantasy series and I'm loving it. And I love that I can just order the next book right from my Kindle when I finish one. How did I survive in the BK days (Before Kindle) when I had to actually go to a store and buy books? Boggles my mind, I tell you.
BTW, loved the Kiss of Snow blurb. I just don't want to wait so long!
Of course I am reading and loving the KoS blurb!!! Other than that, I just finished Lydia Dare's Westfield wolves series, it was very entertaining, light and funny!
Loved Lauren Dane's Inside Out with Cope and Ella. Just saw the back blurbage for Never Enough with Adrian and Gillian. It will not be out for a year :( oh well other books to read and enjoy in the meantime.
Indulgence in Death by JD Robb, re-reading PoP, & I've trying to get into Intrigues by Mercedes Lackey, but I'm going to have to re-read Foundation first. I'm also starting to re-read the whole 'In Death' series by JD Robb just to see how Eve & Roarke's relationship grows and develops over time.
I read Play of Passion, sadly, it didn't last longer than two days and then I had to go back to my Law books, I am reading about domestic violence at the moment, very depressing.
I'm re-reading Gena Showalter's Lords of the Underworld series, Christina Dodd's Darkness Chosen and Chose One's series, Rhyannon Byrd's series.....that will take me through to next weekend.
This week I discovered and read L.E. Modesitt's Imager Portfolio: Imager, Imager's Challenge, Imager's Intrigue, all of which I adored, then started again at Imager, and am near the end of Imager's Challenge. After I finish this reread, I'm going to reread Play of Passion, then consider reading more Modesitt...
I finished reading Sherry Thomas' His At Night over the weekend. It was a lovely book - so nice to have a hero and heroine who communicate!
I'm finishing off another chapter of The Fugitive Prince (Janny Wurts), which is putting me through the wringer and waiting for Bonds of Justice to arrive at my library...
hm...I might make it a little bit strange, but now I read John Ajvide Lindqvist "let the right one in",try it,it's great. After that I am going to re-read Judd & Brenna :D missed that fascinating Psy...
