Max's Book

Today, I'm going to print out Max's book so I can write all over the hard-copy manuscript. I just seem to see everything more clearly once it's all printed out - and this is the stage where I delete and add scenes, shift things around, make sure everything flows, all that good stuff. I really like this part of the process :-)

What're you all up to today?

LOL Kylie!

Reading the first of Rusch's retrieval Artist books.

Ohhh, Christine - I hope you mention how you're finding it on the Friday Book Club :)

As for me...I've almost reached breaking point because of lawyers (and their games), so in the interests of actually staying sane (mostly) and healthy ('cause with the stress I'm not) I've decided to get an expert (another lawyer) to deal with them! Evil, aren't I :) Yes, there is the cost, but after a year of h*ll I've had enough. And in making that decision I feel better already :)

Am cleaning house and taking kitty to the vet. Kitty stopped eating. :(

O: Lawyers! ick! (I think rightly that you should make them deal with each other).

I'm working (although, I'm taking a break to read your blog).

I can completely understand the concept of printing it out to review. Similarly in my line of work, we do the same thing. It strange how something looks different on the computer than it does in hardcopy. Good luck and have fun, can't wait to see the fruits of your labor! =)

Orannia - my thoughts are with you, hope things get resolved/better soon for you!

Aymless - hope your kitty is better soon!

I'm in the middle of C.L. Wilson's King of Sword and Sky. I'm trying to convince myself to put it down so I can get something done around the house.

We also brought a new puppy home. We're in the process of introducing him to the routine and his "big" brother.

Thank you Aymless & Una!

I hope the 'introduction' goes well Patty :)

Today I have to attend a course in Latin :/ but I don't feel like it...

Best wishes,

Orannia-- I hope your problems work out! Good luck!

Estella--I completely feel for you. I must have done something to anger the car spirits this week. In the 4 years I've had my car, this is the first it's given me problems (I probably should have been expecting it, but ... *shrugs*)

If you need a fresh eye to look over Max's books, I volunteer, Nalini!
