Cover: An Enchanted Season & Angels' Pawn Release Date

I've got a confirmed release date for ANGELS' PAWN, the Guild Hunter e-special. It'll be releasing February 24th, so put that down in your diaries! It'll be available at all the usual ebook stores, plus in Kindle format.

~

This cover, for the mass market edition of An Enchanted Season, really needs no words, but I have to give them to you - I am in love with it. Serious, mad love. Not only is that an orchid on the cover (so important in Beat of Temptation), it's an orchid that only blooms in December. I *heart* the Art Department.

The mass market edition releases November.

Hi Nalini!

That is so wonderful how the orchid on the cover ties in so beautifully with your lovely story. I really do adore it, and read it twice during the recent holiday season. Took a while for it to release in mass-market, I'm so glad I didn't wait!

Love the Orchid and it is very appropriate for the story. Can't wait for Angel's Blood to come out. I am going to have to pick up the e-book for my Kindle since all your books are keepers.

Can't wait for Branded by Fire to come out this summer. Each of the Psy-changeling books get better and better.

I love the new cover, Nalini! It ties in nicely with Tammy and Nate's story! It's also great to see you with top billing!

I'm a "paper" book reader, but I would REALLY like to read Angel's Pawn. Is it a prequel to Angel's Blood? How do you "get" an ebook or could you point me in a direction?

Thank you VERY much!
Una

So sorry! I just looked on the books list and saw that Angel's Pawn is a prequel. I feel silly! Sorry for the trouble!

Ohhh, that's such a pretty cover! I can so see why you *heart* the Art Dept Nalini :) And I'm so glad An Enchanted Season is coming out in MMP format. That means I can buy it. It's an aesthetic thing - books in a series have to be the same size :)

And Angel's Pawn sounds good. Unfortunately, I don't have an eBook reader so I will just have to enjoy it vicariously through everyone else :)

Una, no, that's a good question. I wrote ANGELS' PAWN so it would stand on its own. So it's not a prequel in the sense that it's necessary to read it to enjoy ANGELS' BLOOD - however, I do think it's a great story *grin*, and does definitely give you a glimpse into another aspect of the world. :-)

Thank you, Nalini, for the info!!

I will say if it is even half as good as Angel's Blood is - it's a MUST have! (Note: I finished the advanced copy I won - oh guys, you will LOVE this book). I'll let you know when I post my review. I'm working on it now.

Hi Nalini!

Do you know what ebook seller will have Angel's Pawn? I would like to preorder the story.

Hi Una,

You can download the free software for the reader to your computer (ex. Mobipocket or Adobe Digital Editions) and you can buy the book in the appropriate format from an online vendor. Some of the Psy-changeling books are available at Booksonboard.com.

happy reading!

Una - *woot* :-)

Anon - as far as I'm aware, it should be available at all the normal e-retailers like Books on Board, Fictionwise etc.

I'll try to post buy links on the blog as they go live.

Nalini, love, it is a gorgeous cover, but it is an Amaryllis bloom, not an orchid. but I love Amaryllis! I have about 12 different types and they are so beautiful and LARGE... It is one of the bulbs that blooms as soon as sping peeks out from behind winter's cloak.

Color me confused - or just an idiot - but is there a different cover for this book? I have the one with the snowflakes but never saw this one. Color

Anon, it'll always be an orchid to me *grin*

Tugsduck - yes, there are two covers. The first one was for the trade size release (the bigger book), but they decided to do a different one for the mass market release in November :)
