Stormy Saturday

It's all rainy and story outside. I should be packing for the RWA Conference, but instead I'm blissfully reading. :)

Stormy - definitely! I have the fire lit and a bottle of coca cola at hand (which is the closet I can get to the tropical island holiday one of my local librarians suggested :)

Good luck with the packing Nalini. I'm sure it will be warmer in the US!

Hope you have lots of fun in San Francisco, Nalini :)

I should be studying but isntead, I saw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo (Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007. In his presentation, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals).

It was great... The talk engages you from the very first minute, it´s such a shame such a bright and nice person is no longer with us. I´ll look up other Carnegie Mellon talks in youtube :)
