Winners & Anthologies

Thanks to the nifty random number generator at Random.org, the winners of the copies of An Enchanted Season are:

1. Kerry
2. Pam
3. Clare

Congrats. Email me your addresses at nalinisinghwrites @ gmail.com (without the spaces).

To answer a question that came up in the comments, the official release date of this anthology is: October 2nd. Write that down in your diaries! My contribution is Beat of Temptation, Nate and Tammy's story, so I guess it's kind of a small prequel. If you haven't read my Psy/Changeling books (shame on you *grin*), you can dip into it via this story, as I wrote it so it could stand alone. And if you do read the series , I hope you'll enjoy this glimpse into DarkRiver's past. :) Excerpt available here.

Do you guys like anothologies as a rule? Me, I enjoy them. I admit I have a special fondness for Christmas anthologies, which is why I'm so excited to be in one.

Thanks, Nalini! Congrats to Kerry and Clare.

I like reading the Christmas anthologies around the holidays when life is hectic and to get in the spirit.

I like them when the author gets to feature secondary characters we want to know more about in a series, like Nate and Tammy in An Enchanted Season.

I love anthologies because I can read a whole story in not a lot of time. I hate, hate, HATE putting down a book once I've started it - I hardly ever do. I have to read it the whole way through.

So, if I don't have a lot of time, but want to read, anthologies work great because I can read one entry in about an hour (give or take) and still feel like I've read an entire story.

I love anthologies becasue you can try out a author you do not already know and they are great when once does not have alot of time.

I am very much looking forward to this one. Tammy is a great character.

OMG I never win anything! Seriously, I scrolled down the posts to see if there was another Clare posting!

I've had the kind of fortnight where I'm opening my eyes in the morning and look for the hovering piano so this is doubly-trebly lovely.

About anthologies I find they're good for sampling new authors and sometimes it's nice to have a short story to read in one sitting. I love Christmas so yes that to is a draw :)

Congratulations to the winners!

I love anthologies. As Susan has pointed out, it is a great way to find new authors - I
discovered Eileen Wilks and Kresley Cole through a couple of anthologies that included their novella's.

Can't wait for An Enchanted Season!
